Very happy with the customer service provided.
Have not installed the product yet but judging from the customer service already provided if there is an issue I am confident they will be very helpful.

As a side note the issue I had with product was my mistake (Ordered the wrong part) not Thornwave's and they promptly worked to resolve my mistake.

Due to the high current in the electrical systems in our RV, this device was essential for safe Powermon operation. We had our Powermon and shunt installed professionally - well worth it!
